Mike Papedis
Mike is a co-founder of Wingman Strategic Partners. Mike’s 25-year career in wealth management includes founding partner of M&A at HighTower Advisors, and senior roles at Fidelity Investments and TD Ameritrade Institutional. In 2017, Mike Papedis founded Fusion Financial Partners which provides sophisticated RIA launch, transition project management, growth strategy, M&A capital solutions, and FinTech architecture to breakaway advisors, existing RIAs, family offices and corporations operating in the wealth management marketspace. When not playing role as serial entrepreneur, Mike is a loving husband to his wife, Kimberly, and happy father to five children.

Kimberly Papedis
Kimberly began her career as a financial advisor running an independent wealth management firm before joining Raymond James, and then Wells Fargo/ FiNet, where she provided consulting to advisors establishing their own wealth management practices. In 2014 she joined HighTower Advisors to launch their independent platform as Head of National Sales and Platform Strategy. Kimberly departed HighTower in 2018 to join Fusion Financial Partners. Fusion was founded to provide business consulting to individual financial advisors, family offices, and Fortune 500 companies. Fusion’s team of consultants have over 100 years of collective experience providing consulting on breakaway transitions, succession planning, growth strategy, capital sourcing, and M&A transactions. When not being a serial entrepreneur, Kimberly also oversees a household with Mike Papedis and their 5 children: Tyler, McKenna, Cooper, Chloe, and Beckett and two French Bulldogs and extra-large Rottweiler.
